Graniterock has a policy of sharing its Total Quality Management and continuous improvement systems, approaches, and results with the business community and others. Through the Quality Day Seminars, Graniterock shows some of the key elements of Quality in Management, Quality in the Marketplace, and Quality in the Workplace. These informal days are filled with the enthusiastic and successful results of the people that make up Graniterock.

The day consists of five hours of presentations in a classroom setting accompanied by breakfast and lunch and a tour of some of Graniterock’s facilities. To date, the company has made presentations to over 8,000 people. These wonderfully informative Quality Days are open to the public for a fee.

In addition to the Quality Day Seminars, Graniterock offers a variety of information about its Quality programs. Graniterock Company Application Abstracts are high quality printed brochures summarizing the key highlights from the original 60-page applications for the 1992 Malcolm Baldrige Award and for the 1994 Governor's Golden State Quality Award. We can also provide full color reprints of the May 1991 and March 1992 INC. Magazine articles describing Graniterock as a "learning organization" and detailing Graniterock’s customer survey process. A one hour quality VHS video highlights Graniterock people describing the major parts of our Total Quality Management philosophy, processes, and results.
