Graniterock announced today that this year’s special guest entertainment will be the amazing LITTLE ANTHONY and the IMPERIALS, familiar to millions of fans with 17 Pop and 12 R&B chart hits. Some of LITTLE ANTHONY and the IMPERIALS’ classic hits include:“Tears on My Pillow,” “Shimmy,” “Shimmy Ko-Ko Bop,” “Hurt so Bad” and of course “Goin’ Out of My Head”.
The always-popular Joe Sharino Band, winner of twelve “Best Band Awards” in the Bay Area will also perform. Joe will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the fun-filled evening. The combined talents of the 70-member Monterey County and Santa Cruz County Symphony Orchestras will provide musical accompaniment for LITTLE ANTHONY and the IMPERIALS. The Orchestras will also play an innovative, electronically choreographed score to a spectacular aerial fireworks display after sundown.
