Graniterock Opens Design Center in Cupertino

Graniterock, the 105-year old Company known for its high-quality construction aggregate, ready mix concrete and asphaltic concrete, opened the first of its kind Design Center in Cupertino this week. Graniterock has been supplying the finest in building materials to the construction industry for more than a century and now with the creation of a beautiful design center in Cupertino you will be able to see a fabulous display of the wonders that nature provides in natural stone in settings that will set your dreams in motion.
The ageless elegance of natural stone as seen in place at the Graniterock Design Center will beautify and enhance backyards and outdoor living areas, water features, fireplaces and every room in your house. The friendly experts at Graniterock will show you an array of colors, textures, dimensions, and applications of stone from around the country.
Graniterock will put you in touch with professional trades people to install the materials you have determined to fill the vision for the home of your dreams. Graniterock will provide expert advice and materials for finishing your project for a long lasting and satisfying natural stone appearance.
The design center will be available for homeowners, designers, and architects Monday through Saturday 9 am until 6 pm and Sundays from 10 am until 6 pm. The Design Center will be open for contractors at 7 am Monday through Friday.
Graniterock was founded on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 1900. Graniterock has operations in Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Seaside, Salinas, Hollister, Aromas, Felton, San Jose, Redwood City, Oakland and South San Francisco. The Company’s Pavex Construction Division is a significant regional heavy engineering contractor building roadways, airports and private commercial and residential projects. The Company is opening its new Cupertino Design Center in October. Graniterock received the 1992 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the 1994 Governor’s Golden State Quality Award.
