Graniterock Team Member to Be Featured on Your Town Television Program
Special Presentation Will Focus on Local 114 Year-old Company and Long-term Employees
Graniterock Team Member Robin Steudler will be interviewed on the Your Town TV program on Tuesday, February 4, 2013 from 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Mrs. Steudler will be interviewed by host Wendy Brickman of Brickman Marketing. Comcast Channel 24. The program is also rebroadcast at midnight on Channel 24, plus it airs at 10:00 PM on Channel 27 on February 4th and at Noon on February 5th.
The Your Town Television program interviews local community leaders, such as Robin Steudler. Mrs. Steudler has over 35 years of experience with Graniterock, and is a recognized leader in construction materials and specifically an expert in natural stone.
Graniterock was founded on Valentine's Day, 1900, when its first operation, the A.R. Wilson Quarry, was opened in Aromas, and soon became a heavy engineering contractor. Its California Contractors License #22 demonstrates how long the Company has been in business. Graniterock has recently opened a new Branch location in Cupertino on South De Anza Boulevard supplying construction building and landscaping materials. There are already plant or branch locations in Aromas, Felton, Hollister, Monterey Peninsula, Oakland, Redwood City, Salinas, Santa Cruz, San Jose, and South San Francisco. Graniterock's Pavex Construction Division operates from area offices in Redwood City, San Jose, Oakland, and Watsonville, and performs large work such as highway or runway expansion projects, as well as commercial and residential projects. The Company's Corporate Offices have been located in Watsonville since 1900.
